Shipping policy


Order Processing

All items are made to order. Please allow [X–Y business days] for production before shipment. Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

 

Shipping & Delivery

 

 

 

All orders are shipped with tracked shipping. Once an order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

 


Delivery is determined by the carrier. Once a package is marked as Delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled and complete.

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but reported missing
  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
  • Packages stolen after delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.

 

Lost or Missing Packages

 

 

 

If tracking shows Delivered but you did not receive your package, you must:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or your local post office
  • Contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered.

 

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

 

 

 

All items are custom and made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products:

 


  • All sales are final
  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted


Product Responsibility & Installation

 

 

 

Proper installation is the responsibility of the customer.

 


We are not responsible for:

  • Improper installation
  • Application issues (bubbles, wrinkles, peeling)
  • Surface incompatibility or environmental factors

Installation instructions are provided, and failure to follow them does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 

 

 

Customers are encouraged to contact us directly with any concerns before filing a chargeback.

 

Chargebacks filed for items that were delivered as confirmed by tracking, or for reasons inconsistent with the customer’s communication, will be disputed with supporting documentation, including proof of delivery and customer messages.

Agreement to Policies

 

 

 

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all shop policies, including shipping, returns, and chargeback terms.
